British Dry-Cured Traditional Pancetta from Forest Pig Charcuterie
Our old fashioned pancetta is sold in a square shaped block. Specially selected pork belly is dry cured with black pepper, garlic, bay and juniper, with a hint of nutmeg, and matured. A must have for any well stocked larder, an essential ingredient in pasta dishes, casseroles, soups and stocks.
