Forest Range British Salami from Forest Pig Charcuterie - from our own woodland foraged pigs.

Our chorizo is a salami with a Spanish influence made with smoked paprika, white and black pepper, laced with oregano and garlic, perfect for use in salads or enjoying with a crusty loaf and a nice glass of chilled white wine.
